NO to IMMUNITY!..

Once again, a great step into the change by France . Jacques Chirac found guilty of embezzling public founds to his own account. I found this really an amazing step of changing immunity law for politicians when they are in action or even after their retiring period even doe they are not going to take any concrete action to fine him. I believe immunity “MUST” be totally removed from constitution in all over world.

What does immunity means? I can do anything and no one can judge me! At least they should be judged by some special court for anything illegal they do. A politician shouldn’t have any special difference which may a citizen does not.

So, Once again I want to celebrate French Government and I hope they can do the same in Italy or anywhere same treatment equally to everybody  without dividing people as politicians, riches, artists, actors or poor’s.

From msnbc.com; He was convicted of embezzling public funds, abuse of trust, and illegal conflict of interest. Chirac repeatedly denied wrongdoing.

The two-year suspended prison sentence goes on Chirac’s criminal record but means he does not have to go behind bars. The court said it took into account his age, health and status as a former head of state when determining the sentence.
